Copyright Policy
TitanCarry respects intellectual property rights and expects users, service providers and visitors to do the same. This policy explains how copyright concerns can be reported, how claims may be reviewed, and how affected users may respond when content is removed or restricted.
TitanCarry Website Content
Ownership and permitted use of site materials.
Except where otherwise stated, original website materials created for TitanCarry — including page layouts, written content, graphics, branding elements, interface components and other original materials — may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws.
Access to the TitanCarry website does not grant permission to reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, license or create unauthorized derivative works from protected TitanCarry materials.
Third-Party Games, Brands & Materials
Rights belonging to game publishers and others.
Game titles, logos, characters, artwork, trademarks and other third-party intellectual property referenced on TitanCarry remain the property of their respective owners.
References to third-party games or brands are used to identify compatible services and do not, by themselves, imply sponsorship, partnership, endorsement or affiliation with TitanCarry.
Names and titles may be trademarks of their respective publishers.
Visual assets may be protected by copyright or trademark rights.
TitanCarry does not claim ownership of intellectual property belonging to third-party game publishers.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
How rights holders can contact TitanCarry.
If you own copyright in a work, or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder, and believe material available through TitanCarry infringes those rights, you may submit a copyright complaint.
Reports should contain enough information for TitanCarry to understand the claim, identify the protected work and locate the material alleged to be infringing.
Complaints may be submitted through TitanCarry Support. Where a specific statutory copyright procedure applies, the complainant is responsible for providing all information required under that procedure.
Information to Include in a Copyright Notice
Details needed for an effective review.
A copyright complaint should generally include:
- Identification of the protected work. Describe the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If your complaint covers multiple works, provide sufficient information to identify them.
- Identification of the disputed material. Explain what content on TitanCarry you believe infringes your rights.
- Location of the material. Include direct URLs, page names or other information that allows us to locate the content efficiently.
- Your contact information. Provide your full name and a reliable method of contact, such as an email address and, where legally required, additional contact information.
- Good-faith statement. State that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its representative or applicable law.
- Accuracy and authority statement. Confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
- Signature. Include a physical or electronic signature where required by the applicable copyright procedure.
How Reports May Be Reviewed
What may happen after a complaint is received.
TitanCarry may review a copyright complaint, request clarification or supporting information, locate the disputed material and evaluate what action is appropriate under applicable law and our policies.
We receive and review the submitted copyright complaint.
The allegedly infringing content is identified and assessed.
Access may be restricted or material removed where appropriate.
Where appropriate, the affected user may be informed of the action taken.
TitanCarry may preserve information related to a copyright dispute where reasonably necessary for legal, security or recordkeeping purposes.
User Notification
Information sent to affected users.
If content associated with a user is removed or access is restricted following a copyright complaint, TitanCarry may notify that user and provide information about the complaint where appropriate.
Certain information submitted by a complainant may need to be shared with the affected user or another relevant party in order to process the dispute or comply with applicable law.
False or Abusive Claims
Accuracy matters when reporting infringement.
Copyright complaints should not be submitted for harassment, competitive abuse or removal of material that the complainant knows is lawfully authorized.
A person who knowingly submits materially false claims may face legal consequences under applicable law.
Counter-Notification
Responding to a mistaken removal.
If content you submitted was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe the action resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may be able to submit a counter-notification where applicable law provides such a process.
For a U.S. DMCA counter-notification, where applicable, the submission generally must contain specific statutory information.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
- The location where the material appeared before access was removed or restricted.
- Your name and sufficient contact information.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification.
- Any jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by applicable law.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Restoration of Content
What may happen after a valid counter-notice.
Where applicable law provides a formal counter-notification procedure, removed material may become eligible for restoration after a valid counter-notification is processed, unless the original complainant takes the legal action required to prevent restoration.
TitanCarry may continue to restrict content when necessary to comply with another legal obligation, website policy, security requirement or valid court order.
Repeat Infringement
Accounts associated with repeated violations.
TitanCarry may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated copyright infringement when appropriate and permitted by applicable law.
- Repeated valid infringement complaints.
- Re-uploading material previously removed for infringement.
- Intentional attempts to bypass copyright restrictions.
- Other conduct demonstrating repeated disregard for intellectual property rights.
DMCA Procedures Where Applicable
Copyright claims governed by United States law.
Certain copyright complaints relating to services operating in or connected with the United States may be handled under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, including 17 U.S.C. § 512, where that law applies.
Nothing in this policy should be interpreted as a representation that TitanCarry automatically qualifies for every limitation of liability, safe-harbor protection or other legal status available under the DMCA.
Other Intellectual Property Rights
Copyright is not the only protected right.
Some disputes may involve trademarks, trade dress, logos, confidential material, publicity rights or other forms of intellectual property rather than copyright.
If your concern relates to another intellectual property right, contact TitanCarry Support and clearly identify the right involved, the material at issue and the basis of your complaint.
